1. How to charge your electric bike?
- Connect your bike's charger to one of the available electrical outlets.
- To start a session, swipe your badge on the keypad, enter the number of the outlet you wish to activate, and then press the ENTER key. The power to the outlet will be activated after a few seconds. When you are finished and have removed your laundry from the machine, swipe your badge on the keypad again, enter the machine number to stop, and press ENTER. If the machine has automatically powered down, repeat the procedure in step 1 to unlock the door.
- To close the session, swipe your badge on the keypad again, enter the outlet number, and press ENTER. Note that the session will automatically close one hour after charging is complete.
2. Requesting a badge
You can request an RFID badge at any time by writing to service@climkit.io.
In case of loss, please send the information to the same address so that the lost badge can be deactivated.
