1. How to Recharge Your Electric Bike?
- Connect the charger of your bike to one of the available power outlets.
- To start a session, swipe your badge on the keyboard, enter the number of the outlet you wish to activate, and then press the ENTER key. The power to the outlet will be activated after a few seconds. Once you have finished and removed your laundry from the machine, swipe your badge on the keyboard again, enter the number of the machine to deactivate, and press ENTER. If the machine has turned off automatically, repeat the operation in step 1 to unlock the door.
- To conclude the session, swipe your badge on the keyboard again, enter the number of the outlet, and press ENTER. Note that the session will automatically close one hour after the charging is complete.
2. Request a Badge
You can request an RFID badge at any time by writing to service@climkit.io.
In case of loss, please send the information to the same address to have the lost badge deactivated.
