1. How to charge your eBike?
- Connect your bike charger to one of the available electrical outlets.
- To start a session, swipe your badge over the keypad, enter the number of the outlet you wish to activate, then press the ENTER key. Power to the outlet will be activated after a few seconds. When you have finished and removed your laundry from the machine, swipe your badge over the keypad again, enter the number of the machine to stop and press ENTER. If the machine has turned off automatically, repeat the step in point 1 to unlock the door.
- To end the session, swipe your badge over the keypad again, enter the outlet number and press ENTER. Note that the session ends automatically one hour after the end of charging.
2. Requesting a badge
You can request an RFID badge at any time by writing to service@climkit.io.
In case of loss, please send the information to the same address so that the lost badge can be deactivated.
