Equipment Planning and Installation

The installer is responsible for site planning and equipment installation on behalf of their client, the owner. Once the work is completed, the owner mandates Climkit as the energy installation manager.

Climkit supports the installer throughout the project to define solutions adapted to the site and the owner's needs, validate specific technical choices when necessary, and ensure correct equipment deployment.

This approach establishes a clear framework from the outset while maintaining the necessary flexibility to adapt to the specific constraints of each installation.

Administrative Setup and Operation

After equipment installation and commissioning, the installer transmits the owner's contact details to Climkit. Climkit then assists the owner or their property management company with the site's administrative setup: entry of consumer details, definition of consumption tariffs, and management modalities.

Once these elements are defined, a management contract is established. Climkit offers a complete billing management service on behalf of the owner, ensuring accurate individualization of consumption (electricity, heating, laundry, charging stations, etc.).

This centralized management ensures simplified and transparent operation for all stakeholders.
