Management Contract

Once the form is returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign, and return the downloadable management contract below.

Proxy for GRD Invoice

Only when Climkit handles invoicing and collections from users, the owner sends a proxy to their electric network manager (GRD) so that Climkit receives the building's invoices directly for payment. The proxy should be sent only when the site is operational on the Climkit platform.

List of Consumers and Users

Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or charging stations for them to complete by assigning the corresponding users (tenants or co-owners).

In the table, the columns "Tenant - First Name," "Tenant - Last Name," "Apartment - Start Date," and "Apartment - Surface Area in m2" must be filled out.
