Once the form is returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign, and return the management contract available for download below.
Power of attorney for the DSO invoice
Only when Climkit manages invoicing and collections from users, the owner sends a power of attorney to their distribution system operator (DSO) so that Climkit can directly receive the building's invoices for payment. The power of attorney should only be sent when the site is operational on the Climkit platform.
List of consumers and users
Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or charging stations for completion, assigning the corresponding users (tenants or co-owners).
In the table, the columns "Tenant - First Name", "Tenant - Last Name", "Apartment - Start Date" and "Apartment - Surface in m²" must be filled in.
