Once the form is returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign, and return the management contract available for download below.
Power distribution system operator (DSO) invoice proxy
Only if Climkit manages billing and collections from consumers, the owner sends a proxy to their Distribution system operator (DSO) so that Climkit can directly receive the building's invoices to pay them. The proxy must only be sent when the site is operational on the Climkit Platform.
List of consumers and badges
Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or charging stations for them to complete by assigning the corresponding consumers (tenants or co-owners).
In the spreadsheet, the columns "Tenant - First Name", "Tenant - Last Name", "Apartment - Start Date" and "Apartment - Surface in m²" must be filled in.
