Management contract
Once the form has been returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign, and return the management contract downloadable below.
Proxy for the Distribution system operator (DSO) invoice
Only when Climkit manages consumer billing and collections, the owner sends a proxy to their electricity grid manager (DSO) so that Climkit receives the building's invoices directly for payment. The proxy is to be sent only when the site is in the operational phase on the Climkit platform.
List of consumers and users
Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or charging stations so that they can complete it by assigning the corresponding users (tenants or co-owners).
In the table, the columns "Tenant - First Name", "Tenant - Last Name", "Apartment - Start Date", and "Apartment - Surface area in m²" must be filled in.
