Management contract

Once the form is returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign and return the management contract downloadable below.

Power of attorney for the Distribution Network Operator invoice

Only when Climkit manages billing and collections from users, the owner sends a power of attorney to his electricity network manager (DSO) so that Climkit directly receives the bills from the building to pay them.

List of consumers and users

Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or terminals so that he can complete it by assigning the corresponding users (tenants or co-owners).

In the table, the columns "Tenant - First name", "Tenant - Last name", "Apartment - Start date" and "Apartment - Surface area in m2" must be completed.
