Management contract
Once the form has been returned, Climkit invites the owner to complete, sign and return the management contract downloadable below.
Proxy for the Distribution system operator (DSO) invoice
Only when Climkit manages the billing and collection for the users, the owner sends a proxy to their Distribution system operator (DSO) so that Climkit directly receives the building's invoices for payment. The proxy should only be sent once the site is in the operational phase on the Climkit platform.
List of consumers and users
Climkit also sends the owner an Excel file with the list of meters or charging stations to be completed by assigning the corresponding users (tenants or co-owners).
In the table, the columns "Tenant - First Name", "Tenant - Last Name", "Apartment - Start Date" and "Apartment - Surface area in m²" must be completed.
