Add an RFID badge

  1. Open the Site > Administration > RFID badge.
  2. Click on the + button and complete the following fields:
    1. Token: hexadecimal number (ID) of the badge
    2. Account: select the Account that will use the badge
    3. Billing points: select the Billing points of the account on which the Transactions made with the badge are counted and billed.
    4. Activation date: date from which the badge can be used.
    5. Expiry date: date until which the badge can be used. Always set a date far in the future when the badge is in the Accepted status
    6. Status:
      1. Accepted: the badge can be used.
      2. Blocked: the badge cannot be used.
  3. Linked Charging station: select one or more stations on which the badge can be used.
  4. Linked RFID readers: select one or more RFID readers on which the badge can be used.
