- Open Site > Tools > Visualization.
- Select the tab according to the flow of the meter for which data is to be downloaded: electricity, PV production, thermal, or water.
- In the Meters window, locate the desired meter and click on the down arrow icon to the right of the meter.
- Enter the start date and the end date for the desired period and click on Download. The data is downloaded in Excel format.
