If a local internet connection is available from another router, it is recommended to create a subnet using a standard router to which all devices are connected (Gateway, charging stations, etc.). This allows for independence from the main router for configuration.
The device used is a Teltonika RUT300 with 4 LAN ports + 1 WAN, delivered with DIN rail mount and its 24V DC DIN rail power supply.
Cloud Gateway
The RUT300 LAN router can also be used as a Cloud Gateway by combining it with the RS485-Ethernet converter.
