RS485-Ethernet converter
The RS485-Ethernet converter allows you to connect a series of RS485-Modbus type meters to a LAN network inside the building. The counters are thus read via the ModbusTCP protocol. It is used in the following configurations:
- https://climkit.helpdocs.io/app/content In combination with a 4G Router or LAN Router in “ Cloud Gateway ” mode.
- To connect several remote electrical panels without having to add an additional Gateway Climkit.
- When a third party system also wants to read electricity meters via ModbusTCP.
Delivered with 24V DC DIN rail power supply.
The device used is a Protoss-PE11-M (or equivalent).
