- Open the site > Sites > Status.
- In the Status window, the technical and administrative statuses of an operational site are displayed:
- Internet connection: indicates whether the gateway(s) are connected to the internet and communicating with the platform.
- Connected meters: indicates whether the meters configured on the site are correctly read by the gateway and transmit data to the platform.
- Charging stations and RFID readers connected: indicates whether charging stations and RFID readers are functional.
- Consumer billing: indicates whether statements or invoices have been generated and sent according to the defined frequency.
- Owner billing
- Error statuses are marked with a red cross.
