- Open the site > Sites > Overview.
- In the Status window, the technical and administrative statuses of an operational site are indicated:
- Internet connection: indicates whether the gateway(s) are connected to the internet and communicating with the platform.
- Connected meters: indicates whether the configured meters on the site are being read by the gateway and transmitting data to the platform.
- Connected charging stations and RFID readers: indicates that the charging stations and RFID readers are operational.
- Consumer billing: indicates whether the statements or invoices have been generated and sent according to the defined frequency.
- Owner billing
- Error states are marked with a red cross.
