- Open Site > Sites > Overview.
- The Status window shows the technical and administrative statuses of a Site in the operational phase:
- Internet connection: indicates whether the gateway(s) are connected to the internet and communicating with the Platform.
- Connected meters: indicates whether the Meters configured on the Site are correctly read by the Gateway and transmitting data to the Platform.
- Connected charging stations and RFID readers: indicates whether the Electric vehicle charging stations and RFID readers are functional.
- Consumer billing: indicates whether the Individual statements or Consumer invoices have been generated and sent according to the defined frequency.
- Owner billing
- Error statuses are marked with a red cross.
