Close an open issue

Issue tracking items created on the site (see Creation/editing of a note) can be closed and thus marked as resolved when they are fixed. This allows keeping a record on the site.

  1. Open the site > Site > Notes.
  2. Click the yellow attention icon to the left of to process. The page reloads, and the green checkmark and the text Resolved appear.
  3. Click the checkmark to reopen the issue and mark it as to process.
