Issues to be addressed created in the site (see Creation/edition of a note) can be closed and thus marked as processed once they are resolved. This allows for keeping a record in the site.
- Open the site > Site > Notes.
- Click on the yellow warning icon to the left of "to be processed". The page reloads and the green check mark and the text "Processed" are displayed.
- Click on the check mark to reopen the issue and mark it as "to be processed".
