The issues to be addressed created within the site (see Creating/editing a note) can be closed and marked as resolved once they are settled. This allows for maintaining a record within the site.
- Open the site > Site > Notes.
- Click on the yellow warning icon to the left of "To be processed". The page will reload, and the green checkmark and the text "Processed" will appear.
- Click on the checkmark to reopen the issue and mark it as "To be processed" again.
