Specificity of heating and hot water production costs

In an expense report, heating expenses are divided between room heating and domestic hot water production. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Follow the instructions to Add/edit an expense invoice in an expense report
  2. Insert the invoice for the first time with the type Room Heating.
  3. Under Note, specify the amount related to room heating and the amount related to hot water production. See Connecting meters for more information on how to define these two amounts.
  4. Under Amount, enter the amount for room heating. Complete the other fields and click on save.
  5. Open this invoice again and click on the copy icon at the top right (to the left of the trash can).
  6. In the new invoice, select the type Hot Water Production and insert the hot water production amount.
