Particularity of room heating and hot water production fees

In an expense statement, heating costs are divided between room heating and hot water production. Here is how to proceed:

  1. Follow the instructions to Add/modify a fee invoice for an expense statement
  2. Enter the invoice for the first time with the type Room heating.
  3. Under Note, define the amount related to room heating and the amount related to hot water production. See Connecting meters for more information on how to define these two amounts.
  4. Under Amount, enter the amount for room heating. Complete the other fields and click save
  5. Open this invoice again and click on the copy icon at the top right (to the left of the trash can).
  6. In the new invoice, select the type Hot water production and enter the amount for hot water production.
