- Open the Site > Site > Overview
- In the Setup steps window, the five steps for setting up a site are listed in order of execution:
- Equipment order: The equipment for the site has been ordered and is being installed by the site installer.
- Technical equipment setup: The equipment has been installed and is communicating with the platform.
- Technical setup validation: The site coordinator has validated that the equipment setup was done correctly according to the planning and installation instructions.
- Administrative setup: The administrative setup process with the owner or their proxy is complete.
- Billing launch: The consumption statements or invoices for the site residents have been generated and sent for the first time.
- Completed steps are marked with a green check mark and the date they were finished. Once all steps are completed, the site is considered in the operational phase according to the defined management conditions.
