The steps for setting up a site

  1. Open Site > Site > Overview
  2. In the Site Setup steps window, the five steps for setting up a site are shown in execution order:
    1. Equipment order: The equipment for the site has been ordered and is being installed by the site installer.
    2. Technical equipment setup: The equipment has been installed and is communicating with the Platform.
    3. Technical setup validation: The Site Coordinator has validated that the equipment setup has been performed correctly according to the planning and assembly instructions.
    4. Administrative setup: The administrative setup process with the Owner or their Proxy is complete.
    5. Billing launch: Consumer statements or invoices for site consumption have been generated and sent for the first time.
  3. Completed steps are marked with a green checkmark along with the date they were completed. Once all steps are done, the site is considered operational according to the defined management conditions.
