The steps for the setup phase of a site

  1. Open Site > Site > Overview
  2. In the Setup steps window, the five steps for setting up a Site are listed in order of execution:
    1. Equipment order: The equipment for the Site has been ordered and is being installed by the Site installer.
    2. Technical equipment setup: The equipment has been installed and is communicating with the Platform.
    3. Technical setup validation: The Site coordinator has confirmed that the equipment setup was done correctly according to the planning and installation instructions.
    4. Administrative setup: The Administrative setup process with the Owner or their Proxy is completed.
    5. Billing launch: The statements or Consumption invoices for the Site Residents have been generated and sent for the first time.
  3. Completed steps are marked with a green checkmark and the date they were finished. Once all steps are completed, the Site is considered in the Operational phase according to the defined management conditions.
