The steps for setting up a site

  1. Open the site > Site > Overview
  2. In the Site setup window, the five steps for setting up a site are indicated in execution order:
    1. Equipment order: The equipment for the site has been ordered and is being installed by the site installer.
    2. Technical equipment setup: The equipment has been installed and is communicating with the platform.
    3. Technical setup validation: The site coordinator has validated that the equipment setup was carried out correctly according to the planning and installation instructions.
    4. Administrative setup: The process of administrative setup with the owner or their proxy is complete.
    5. Billing launch: The first consumption statements or invoices for the site residents have been generated and sent.
  3. Completed steps are marked with a green checkmark and the date they were completed. Once all steps are done, the site is considered operational according to the defined operating conditions.
