Initial administrative process

  1. Once the system installation (meters, charging stations, etc.) is complete and validated by Climkit, the electrical installer communicates the contact details of the owner (individual or property management association administrator) or their property management company, along with their email address, to Climkit (mailto:service@climkit.io).
  2. Climkit sends the latter a link to the form below to be completed to gather the basic information required for management (selection of solutions, billing rates, bank details, etc.). The form consists of three parts explained in the following sections of this documentation.
  3. Once the form is completed, Climkit sends the owner access to their online account as well as 3 other documents to complete:
    1. the management contract to be signed
    2. an Excel file to be completed for the list of residents (consumers, tenants)
    3. A power of attorney to be completed and sent to the Distribution system operator (DSO) so that Climkit receives the electricity bill for the RCP
  4. The owner informs their residents about the general operation by sending them the flyers made available according to the solutions. They also inform them how to obtain a badge for using the charging stations or the laundry room.
