Save the Photovoltaic installation information

This article describes the configuration of a Photovoltaic installation on the Climkit Platform.

Registration of a Photovoltaic installation

The parameters of the Photovoltaic installation(s) on the Site allow for monitoring their operation during the Operational phase and comparing the daily production potential with the actual measured production.

  1. Under Site > Settings > Equipment: check Solar PV
  2. Under Equipment > Other equipment > Solar PV: Click the (+) button to add a PV installation and complete the following fields:
    1. Nom (emplacement): Name of the installation or its location, for example Building A roof.
    2. Puissance DC (kWp): Total DC power in kWp, i.e., the number of photovoltaic modules multiplied by their nominal power.
    3. Puissance AC max (kVA): Maximum AC power of the inverter. If the inverter is limited, enter the limited value.
    4. Compteur de production: select the meter to which the PV inverter is connected.
    5. Inclinaison (entre 0° et 90°): Enter the average tilt of the panel array, with 90° corresponding to vertical.
    6. Orientation Nord (180° = Sud): enter the average orientation of the panel array, with 0° corresponding due north. In the case of two arrays (east and west), enter the average of the two orientations.
  3. Repeat step 2 above for each of the PV installations connected behind a dedicated Production meter.
