Install the heat and water meters
This article describes the on-site installation of Heat and Water meters. For the Equipment to function, a configuration on the Climkit Platform is also required, and it is usually carried out by our teams.
Connecting water and heating meters
- Install the Thermal and Water meters according to the manufacturer's and supplier's instructions.
- Connect the M-Bus port of each Meter to the RS485-MBus converter according to the instructions in Installing the M-Bus converter.
- Organize a commissioning with the meter supplier to verify that each Meter is correctly installed and counts the energy or volume consumed.
- Submit the commissioning protocols to Climkit so that each Meter can be added to the Platform and read by the Climkit Gateway.
