Edit a contact's alert subscriptions

Configure alerts

As a Site coordinator, you can manage alert subscriptions for a contact.

  1. Open the relevant Account.
  2. Go to the Contacts tab.
  3. On the contact's line, click on the bell icon πŸ”” (Edit alert subscriptions).
  4. Check the desired alert(s).
  5. Click on Save.
An Owner, a real estate professional, or a Consumer can also manage their own subscriptions directly from their space. See Modify my profile.
Some account types have no alerts to subscribe to: if there is no bell for a contact, alerts are not available for that contact.

Scope of subscriptions

Subscriptions are set at the contact level, not per Site: checking an alert activates it for all sites in the Account.

Stakeholder-type alerts are an exception: reception remains filtered by Site, and the contact only receives them for sites where they are designated as an active Stakeholder. Thus, for an Owner / real estate professional to receive these alerts, two conditions must be met:

  • the alert is checked for the contact (bell πŸ””), and
  • the contact is selected in the Stakeholders of the relevant Site.
