Install heat and water meters
This article describes the on-site installation of heat and water meters. For the equipment to function, a configuration on the Climkit platform is also required, which is usually performed by our teams.
Connection of water and heating meters
- Install the heat and water meters according to the manufacturer's and supplier's instructions.
- Connect the M-Bus port of each meter to the RS485-MBus converter according to the instructions in Install the M-Bus converter.
- Organize commissioning with the meter supplier to verify that each meter is correctly installed and is measuring the consumed energy or volume.
- Submit the commissioning protocols to Climkit so that each meter can be added to the platform and read by the Climkit gateway.
