Creation/editing of a note or issue to be processed

Notes or action items can be created on the site to keep this information, useful for operations, readily available.

  1. Open Site > Site > Notes
  2. Click the + button to add a note.
  3. Click Note and select Note or Action item. A Note is informational regarding the site, while an Action item is an issue that must be resolved. An open Action item will block certain automatic processes, such as consumer billing, until it is marked as resolved.
  4. Click the corresponding icon for the type:
    1. Technical: Issue or note related to the technical equipment installed on the site.
    2. Administrative: Issue or note related to a billing or management contract matter.
    3. Data management: Issue or note related to metering and energy data.
    4. Other: Any other information useful for site operation.
  5. Enter the information or the action item in the text field.
  6. Select the note's visibility:
    1. Private
    2. Public
    3. Public and modifiable
  7. Check Notify site coordinator to directly inform the site coordinator who can address the issue.
  8. Click Save to confirm.
